Refund and Returns Policy

1. General Policy

We aim to deliver the correct, sealed, and original products to our customers. Please carefully check your order at the time of delivery.

2. Eligible Returns & Refunds

You may request a return/refund in case of receiving damaged, defective or different /wrong items delivered to you. In this case, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable. However, we would require an unboxing video of the product because it’s a healthcare product. We will need the unboxing video to ascertain the damage or defect in the product before issuing refund and replacement. Below are the other return and cancellation policy basis which you can replace or refund the item.:

  • The product seal is broken or tampered.

  • The product is expired.

  • The flavor/variant is not the same as ordered.

  • The product is incorrect (different from what you ordered).

If any of the above issues are identified “We have a 7-day return policy”, you may refuse to accept the order or request a return/refund within 7 days after receiving the product.

3. Non-Eligible Returns

Once the product is accepted after delivery, no returns or refunds will be accepted later for reasons such as taste preference, opened packaging, or change of mind.

4. Refund Process

  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (after confirmation of the return).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided via bank transfer or wallet credit (details will be collected from you securely).
